National Diet of Japan
The National Diet (Japanese: 国会, Hepburn: Kokkai) is Japan's national legislature. Established as the exclusive law-making body, it plays a critical role in the governmental structure by deliberating on national policies and laws.
The lower house, known as the House of Representatives (衆議院, Shūgiin), is a key component of the National Diet. Members of this house serve shorter terms, and they have more influence over the legislation.
The upper house, called the House of Councillors (参議院, Sangiin), functions as a stabilizing force, reviewing and amending the bills passed by the lower house. It ensures extensive discussion and diligent consideration of legislative matters.

Rostov-on-Don, Russia
This modern town based in the Russian Federation is small - medium sized and contains a wide assortment of buildings etc for any starting up eastern bloc group - it has a palace of culture with full interior, a petrol station/garage area with full interior; the interior on the garage is stunning. It has a large amount of apartment buildings, streets, corner stores, etc. As a Russian national, I can confidently say this mimics the appearance IRL Russia closely - there are even some european styled buildings which help convey the Russian atmosphere very well. There is also a police station with full interior (textured etc, high quality) and statues etc everywhere.
